Union Office Visit

Each union has a room allotted for a Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer working in the Department of Agricultural Extension in the Union Parishad Complex. There are 03 (three) people in each union and 01 (one) people in the municipal area. The Union Parishad has a Farmers Information and Counseling Center (FIAC). There, the Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officers are providing services in rotating conditions from 09-00 am to 05-00 pm every day. The Upazila Agriculture Officer / Additional Agriculture Officer / Agricultural Extension Officer / Assistant Agricultural Extension Officer working at the Upazila level is regularly monitoring the service activities of the Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officers and the Metropolitan Agriculture Officer / Agricultural Extension Officer is regularly monitoring the service activities of the Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officers in the metropolitan area. Officers working at the district level monitor the activities of the officers working at the union level working in the upazila office. Officers / Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officers present during monitoring / inspection I provide service advice to farmers. G activities to implement the SDGs are ongoing and are expected to intensify in the future.
